HOW DO I USE THE DEVICE?
The Forever can be worn around neck with the lanyard in contact with your skin or can be wrapped around your wrist. Either use must ensure that the lanyard is in contact with skin and the device must not covered by clothing. To activate " Press the button on the back of the device for more than 2 seconds. To turn it off, press the button on the back of the device for more than 2 seconds. You can activate or deactivate the blue light by quickly pressing the button twice. The device works indoors and outdoors.Please charge the device before use. Follow the product instructions for charging.
To Activate the Family, switch the device on and place on a table or at a height level of an average person for optimal protection. This should be placed in a draft free area or at the centre of the room. The device works indoors.

CHARGING YOUR DEVICE
Both the Forever and Family devices are rechargeable using the supplied micro USB cable.
Simply plug the USB cable into a USB port and connect the device via the cable. Great for charging on the go and also excellent for those who like to travel. Charging time is 4 hours. Devices are not operational whilst charging.
At full charge, the Forever lasts for 24 hours, while the Family lasts for 72 hours.
DOES THE DEVICE KILL MOSQUITOES?
No, it does not. All Moskitofree products respect the environment.

HAS MOSKITOFREE TECHNOLOGY BEEN TESTED IN A LABORATORY ?
In order to validate and verify the effectiveness of Moskitofree we conducted a series of laboratory tests. The test is assimilated to the “cage test”. This test has been defined by WHO and adopted as a reference to measure the effectiveness of anti-mosquito products. The cage test is the most extreme test because it requires conditions that are not those of normal exposure to mosquitoes. The mosquitoes are hungry and have not gorged for two days prior to the experiment. There are 50 female mosquitoes in a cage 40cm x 40cm.Only female mosquitoes bite us.The results showed the proven effectiveness of the Moskitofree technology.
DOES THE MOSKITOFREE TECHNOLOGY INCLUDE THE USE OF ULTRASOUND ?

ARE THERE ANY ODOURS EMITTED FROM THE DEVICES?
No. The Moskitofree products are odourless and are safe for children, pregnant women, adults and pets with no risks to health.

The Forever is used via a strap around the neck.
Please supervise your children when they are wearing the device to avoid the risk of strangulation.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY PRODUCT?
Clean the outside of the device using a dry cloth.

CAN I WEAR THE FOREVER WHEN I AM DOING PHYSICAL ACTIVITY (E.G. JOGGING, HIKING, CYCLING, WALKING, FISHING, GOLFING )
Yes, as long as it does not get wet or is submerged in liquid.
DOES THE FAMILY ALSO WORK OUTDOORS?
No, it is best used indoors.
It protects a 15 square metre area and is an effective device for the bedroom, living area, the office or caravan. Great for those sneaky mozzies that make it inside.
ARE THE DEVICES WATERPROOF?
No, your device cannot be submerged in water, any other liquid, exposed to the rain or liquid splash.
HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY?
Warranty is good for 2 years.
However, it does not cover defects and deterioration caused by wear, use of the product, accident after delivery or use of the product that does not comply with the manufacturer’s specifications and recommendations.
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOX or PARCEL LOCKER
As we require a signature for all packages, we do not ship to P.O BOX or Parcel Lockers.
We only ship to a valid residential address, office or home address.
Skitofree will not be liable for any lost orders should you request your delivery without a signature.
Any request for Authority to leave the parcel without signature will be at your own risk.
HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?
We will notify you via email when your package is in transit and ready for delivery.
You may also contact the courier and provide them with the tracking number shown in your email. We do not deliver to P.O BOXES.
INCORRECT ADDRESS HAS BEEN ENTERED WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Once you've place an order, we are unable to make any changes, additions or amendments. Our system is automated and additions or changes may cause delays or mix-ups in the preparation of your order. We highly recommend that you review your shipping details before checking out.
The courier may charge an additional cost for a change of address for your undelivered parcels or an additional delivery fee for the re-direction of your order.
It is important to call our Customer Service (02 9160 7390) from Mondays to Fridays, 9am-5pm AEST, or e-mail us to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can update your address details and re-send your order.
In the event that the incorrect address is indicated on the order and package is delivered, Skitofree will not be liable for any refund or replacement.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE UPON DELIVERY?
If you are not available to receive the order, our courier partner will leave a missed delivery card with the details on how and where to collect your package.
If this is not possible or in the event of multiple unsuccessful deliveries, your package will be returned to our warehouse. Contact our Customer Service for further assistance.
